Unfortunately the unit is more complex in design (probably to get around Venta's design)and much more difficult to clean/maintain. The unit is too noisey for a bedroom, works fine as a humidifier, not as good as an ultrasonic or evaporative (wick type). It is easy enough to use, but at the price point it is truly a dissapointment.

Product sends moisture into the air, since the water level goes down, but I don't feel like there is any more moisture in my room than usual. Also, have no way of knowing how clean the air is or if this feature is actually working. There is nothing to measure it.
