We started using this product and it's made a significant improvement in the air quality in our room. We have dogs and it has really help reduce the issues associated with them. The white noise from the unit also helps with sleeping.

It really works great. In just a few days, it took all the old cigarette smell out of my house. I leave it on the #2 setting and you don't even know it's on.

The A350 has met my expectations. I have a connected living room and dining area that is approximately 25 by 30 feet with 12 foot high cathedral ceilings, and the unit keeps the air smelling clean when we run the unit on fan speed setting number 3. Occasionally we are able to run it on setting number 2 and it will suffice, but the normal operating setting that we use is 3. Setting 1 would probably be sufficient for an average size bedroom, but it is definitely not sufficient for the size of the room where we have the unit.

The sound level for setting 2 is usually unnoticeable where as setting number 3 is definitely noticeable, but bearable. Obviously setting number 4 purifies the best, but we cannot run it at that setting due to having to yell when speaking, or raising the television volume way up when watching TV. We usually have a lot of dust in the house, but I have noticed a reduction in that as well. The unit is also aesthetically pleasing. One of the strongest selling points for me was the lifetime warranty offered by Alen.

Upon doing all my research prior to purchase, I did not find another company that offered a lifetime warranty on air purifiers. Hopefully, we will not have to utilize the warranty. Overall and so far, the A350 has been a good value for the money. I will update this review with any new developments should they occur.

With regards to purchasing from Sylvane, I am extremely happy. They offered better incentives for the product and shipping than their competitors did. I experienced one minor problem with the amount/billing of the purifier when I purchased it, but Sylvane's customer service was excellent. I made a quick call that was answered immediately, and the problem was rectified. The customer service rep was apologetic for the computer error, and he quickly remedied the problem. I would recommend the A350, and I would purchase from Sylvane again.

4 settings allow for the fan to run from whisper to loud. Is lightweight, can be hung from the wall for added convenience. I use it in my finished basement and do not have any problems with odors or allergies. Runs for 6 mos continuous on the same filter which is great. Would recommend to a friend.

My son-in-law has terrible allergies, and every time he and our daughter would come to our home to visit, he would get sick. We had all the carpeted areas professionally cleaned, the duct work professionally cleaned, bought all new living room furniture, but nothing helped.... UNTIL we got the Alen A350 air filter, out of sheer desperation. It has worked wonders! We received it 2 days before their last visit, turned it on Level 3 for the first 24 hours, and then reduced it to Level 2 for the next 24 hours. When he came in, he said he could tell a difference in the air quality. And his allergies didn't bother him at all on that visit. For the first time, he can come visit without taking medicine the whole time and still leaving for home sick. Thank you so much!!

Arrived quickly and safely. Worked from the start. Not sure it is doing the job it is advertised to do as we run it on 4 with the ion feature 24/7 (we have two, one on first floor and one on second floor) and we don't really see or feel any difference. No reduction in dust and filters are still super clean. We purchased due to our toddler having breathing issues - if she could talk maybe she would have an opinion - LOL.

The unit was advertised with a timer function and, for the price paid, I expected more than a count down power off timer.

A nice feature to have would be a low power fan during the night, and then automatic fan speed increase during the day when the room is not occupied.

I did a lot of research with as many unbiased websites that I could find before I settled on the brand and model. For what it can do for the price I feel I got a lot of bang for my buck. I opened the box and plugged it in. The unit's panel is self explanatory and easy to use. After only 2 hours of the unit running I noticed a tremendous difference in my bedroom. After about a week after dusting I noticed I didn't have as much dust in the room (as well as pet dander, I have a cat and a dog). I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to everyone.
