Great replacement filter

The carbon replacement filter for the Allerair 5000 Exec was very easy to replace; good directions to replace the filter came with it but were hardly needed. The Allerair 5000 Exec model air purifier is a great machine and has greatly improved the air quality in our home. Sylvane is a great company to do business with; the order was processed very quickly, I was notifed by e-mail when the order was processed and another when it was shipped, and the products were delived promptly. I will certainly buy from Sylvane again.
