Keep dust mites, mold particles, pet dander, and other allergens out of your mattress using this 100% cotton, 285-thread count, completely breathable mattress protector from AllerSoft. Made in the U.S., the zippered dust mite proof mattress cover forms a protective shield around your mattress to stop dust mites, dust mite feces, mold particles, and pet dander from invading. The mattress protector also kills the dust mites already living inside your mattress by cutting off access to their food supply (your skin). Membrane-free and, thus, totally breathable, the AllerSoft 100% Cotton Mattress Protector is made with certified allergen barrier materials and feels as comfortable as standard soft cotton.

Exhibiting a pore size of 4.91 microns, this dust mite mattress cover prevents dust mites, which measure 100 to 300 microns in size, from getting inside your mattress. Moreover, dust mites that have already taken up residence inside have no way of breaking out. The cotton mattress cover also effectively repels dust mite feces, which measure about 10 microns in size, mold spores, and pet dander particles. Using it on a regular basis ensures that you experience a restful, healthy, and allergy-free slumber night after night.

This dust mite proof mattress cover is fully sanforized to prevent shrinkage and to maintain its pore size throughout multiple washes. The cover’s tightly woven, membrane-free construction allows only air and moisture – not allergens – to break through. This also helps keep the fabric cool and comfortable while you sleep. The mattress protector is machine-washable and made with a heavy-duty rust-proof zipper.
