*Maximum room size is an estimate of the theoretical maximum. Actual BTU needed to cool room will vary depending on environmental conditions in room to be conditioned. Assumes average ceiling height of 8 1/2' feet.

Special Installation Instructions: all portable ac units require a warm air exhaust hose to be vented to the outside of the room that you are trying to cool. We include a complementary window kit with each of our units to make this venting as easy as possible. If you do not have access to a window please call us to discuss other venting options. Units can oftentimes be vented into a drop ceiling plenum, through a whole in the wall, or through a sliding door.

All portable units will collect condensate water while cooling. Much of this condensate is evaporated and exhausted through the exhaust hose. However depending on your conditions water may still collect within the unit. This water may need to be emptied regularly. This can be done through manual emptying into a pan or by setting up drain line for the water to feed out of the unit via gravity. Lastly, a condensate pump accessory can also be purchased if you would like to setup the drainage to not rely on gravity. Please call us for details.
