Austin Air filters are made of medical-grade HEPA and powerful activated carbon. Also effective in removing disease-causing bacteria, HEPA filters capture 99.97% of particles that are 0.3 microns or larger and 95% of particles as small as 0.1 microns. Austin Air cleaners are also equipped with activated carbon filters that absorb odors, noxious gases, and chemical traces.
Maintenance
Under normal operating conditions, Austin Air purifiers need only minimal maintenance. We recommend you gently vacuum the exterior grille of your air purifier every several weeks to remove any large dust particles that may be blocking airflow and reducing efficiency.
