Bissell’s Lift-Off® Multi Cyclonic Pet Vacuum combines powerful suction with a rotating Pet Hair TurboBrush that works like a magnet, using its rubber "fingers" to pick up pet hair quickly and thoroughly. The upright vacuum incorporates Bissell’s Bagless Multi Cyclonic System to extend suction for better cleaning performance. No more searching for, buying, or changing vacuum bags! The vacuum cleaner sucks dust and other particles into a clear, removable dirt container, allowing you to keep an eye on how much you have vacuumed up – and easily remove objects that are swept up by accident.
The Lift Off Pet Vacuum features a detachable canister to help you clean hard-to-reach areas such as stairs, narrow areas, and Fido or Fluffy’s favorite sleeping place. Detach the canister and take it to the garage to clean your car and remove pet hair from auto upholstery. Included telescoping wand and stretch hose attachments can help you clean even further-to-reach areas. Other features of the Multi Cyclonic Pet Vacuum include:
- Bare Floor/Carpet Cleaning – Flip a switch to turn off the rotating vacuum brush to clean bare floors safely. Switch it again to resume carpet-cleaning.
- 7 Height Adjustments – Use the lowest settings for bare floors, the medium settings for short and medium pile carpets, and the highest settings for plush pile carpets.
- Clean Filter Indicator – A red light indicates that the airflow in the vacuum is reduced because of a dirty filter or a clog in the hose. A green light signals clean air.

We have one dog and a cat and nothing has ever picked up pet hair as well as this machine! Every room has carpet except the kitchen; we have none of the problems mentioned by other reviews. Our daughter is buying the exact machine for her house. If filter is clogging and the cup needs emptying every 2 minutes, then that persons' carpet must be filthy. And it also means that the machine is doing a good job cleaning. Our filter has not been changed in over a year; and I check it often. We have had Hoover and Electrolux in the past, but this Bissell is by far the best. And no, I don't work for Bissell!

Loved this vacuum first two weeks. If all filters are clean, it works great. Problem is they don't stay clean for long. I have to stop every few minutes to empty canister. After vacuuming for awhile, filters clog up and have to be taken all apart and cleaned to finish the job. I spend more time cleaning the vacuum and filters than I do cleaning the rugs. Dirt and dust everywhere. I absolutely hate it and no help from customer service. That is the maintenance of the vacuum.

Bought this vacuum mainly because of the price. It has amazing suction on the floor and I was amazed at how much it picked up from the Berber carpet and even our NEW plush carpet. Its easy to use and assemble. I love the fact that the canister is detachable for sweeping steps. However, I do not really like attachments. Namely, the flat attachment that is designed for removing pet hair. It works great on the furniture, but as soon as it touches the carpet, it seizes up and quits spinning. After one use, I am going to have to open it up to free the dog hair from the belt (there is a mini belt in the attachment). All in all, I would say it's a good vaccuum for the price, but if you're choosing it for the pet hair attachment-choose again!

The purchase and shipping was fine, no problems.
However, the vacuum is only a couple of months old and the brush is already broken. I have no carpet in my house so It isn't wear and tear that did it. This model has a separate switch to engage the "beater bar" and I do like to turn it on because I think it helps the pick up capacity.
It began with a burnt belt and after replacing the belt the bar still will not turn.
I was initially very satisfied with the ability to pick up pet hair, especially off of my furniture but at this time I am not satisfied that a 200.00 vacuum needs repaired already.
