Miele Vacuums Rank Highest in Customer Satisfaction
Miele vacuums took home the JD Power and Associates top prize for “Highest Customer Satisfaction” for both upright and canister vacuum categories. In the annual survey, consumers ranked Miele vacuums highest in performance, styling and features. It’s the second win in a row for Miele’s upright vacuums as they continue to impress everyone who uses one.
HEPA filtration, a sealed bagged system, and powerful suction makes for years of healthy living. Its HEPA filtration is big part of why customers, particularly allergy-sufferers, appreciate Miele vacuums. Their HEPA filters capture up to 99.99% of airborne particles down to .3 microns and are part of Miele’s sealed 12-step air filtration system.
Miele Uprights: Ideal for All Types of Carpet
Perfect for any carpet type, Miele upright vacuums use automatic height adjustment, patented SwivelNeck technology, and 4 accessory attachments to quickly clean your entire room. They work hard to clean all types of carpeting (from low- to deep-pile), and can also handle smooth floors, upholstery, and curtains. Plus, their completely sealed dust collection and filtration system protects your indoor space from symptom-triggering allergens.
Miele Canisters: Ideal for Smooth Floors and Low-Pile Carpet
Miele’s new S8 series canister vacuum models are lightweight, low-noise vacuums with impressive accessories and precise German manufacturing. They can reach below furniture and in tight spaces thanks to their compact design, while wands and extra accessories offer a whole-house clean. Most are ideal for smooth floors and low-pile carpeting, but their accessories help them clean stairs, furniture, and upholstery.
Miele canisters also include the AirClean Sealed System that ensures all dirt and debris is kept in the vacuum’s bag and out of your air. Many models also use the Active HEPA Filter with activated charcoal to neutralize odors and catch even the tiniest of particles. This combined system removes more than 99.99% of dust and allergens down to .3 microns.
With their built-to-last design, sealed filtration system, and inspiring extras, it’s no surprise both types of vacuums were awarded by customers. The JD Power and Associates study was based on 6 key factors: performance; ease of use; features; styling; price; and warranty. Miele vacuum’s warranties are much longer than that of other vacuum brands, since they’re engineered for years of use (and the wear and tear that comes with it).
