Hard to fill with water. Hard to maintain parts. Noise of unit is there, but manageable. Submersible pump lasted one year. Did a decent job of cooling, but who wants to buy this for one summer's use?

An excellent cooler. Used one last summer to cool my dining room, sitting room and living room (one cooler) and it did a fine job. Did not have to use my evaporative cooler until late late in the afternoon and then only on low. I had a different brand before and it barely lasted three months and did not have near the flexibilty that the the champion ultra cool has. Highly recommend. and cost efficient

Can't figure out how to change the water fins on side of unit. It has one screw, you can take the screw out, but can't change water pad or water fin. Other than that, it's a great unit. Would recommend to friends once I know how to change the pad or fin.

When I bought the product, the fan did not move side to side as advertised. I used it last year ad now the pump does not work, so now it is just an expensive fan. I will NEVER buy another product from ultra-cool again!!!!!!!!!!
