While adverised as a heat pump the unit runs on elec. resistance heat at high energy cost. When service depot called they referred to this unit as "an old model".There is no feedback on the remote to indicate the mode settings,the unit display panel is inconvenient to read or change settings. It is impossible to provide a constant all-room air distribution pattern. I paid a premium price for unit. I will call Manufacturer.
