The Comfort-Aire REG-123J Window Air Conditioner with Electric Heat uses 12,000 BTUs of cooling power and 11,000 BTUs of heating power to keep spaces up to 500 square feet comfortable all year. • Cool: Using 12,000 BTUs of cooling power and 3 fan speeds, this Comfort-Aire AC efficiently cools areas up to 500 square feet. Its operating temperature range is between 62 and 89 degrees Fahrenheit in Cool mode.
   
• Heat: This model offers 11,000 BTUs of heating power and is designed for supplemental heating.
   
• Dry: In Dry mode, this AC eliminates humidity as it cools your room by extracting 86.4 pints of moisture per day.
   
• Fan: Use fan-only operation to prevent room stuffiness in cooler temperatures. This model is equipped with high, medium, and low speed settings as well as an auto fan function that automatically selects a speed based on room temperature.

Energy-Saving Features

Its installation kit includes a top-mounting rail, vertical sash seal, accordion panels, and support brackets. It can be mounted in windows between 27 to 39 inches wide or through an outside wall.
