Product Overview

The Danby DDR2509EE Dehumidifier is designed for light dehumidification in your home or office. The unit features a 25-pint capacity and a breadth of user-friendly features, including electronic controls, adjustable humidity settings, and a two-speed fan.

Continuous Gravity Drainage

This dehumidifier is equipped with a continuous drainage port that supports automatic gravity drainage. To activate, simply attach a drain hose (not supplied) to the port and position the hose in a downhill formation. In this manner, the water can drain out using the force of gravity. Alternatively, the unit can be drained manually by emptying the water collection tank.

Water Overflow Control

The Danby DDR2509EE is also equipped with an overflow control function. When the internal water collection tank is full, the "Tank Full" indicator light will illuminate. The unit will then turn off automatically. For protection, normal operation does not resume until the water tank is emptied.
