Designed to run quietly at a minimum temperature of 44 degrees Fahrenheit, the DeLonghi DE400P Dehumidifier With Pump is ideal for year-round use in cool basements. Yet, it can also efficiently remove moisture from bedrooms, offices, and other areas in your house sized up to 700 sq. ft. Place the unit in the basement to prevent moisture damage and eliminate mold and mildew growth. Use it in cooking, laundry, bathing, and dishwashing areas to combat excess moisture. Move the portable unit around the house to control humidity levels and stave off allergy symptoms. Product Profile
Along with manual and gravity hose draining, the DE400P features a heavy-duty condensate pump system that automatically removes water from the collection tank. To operate, simply attach the included 16-ft. pump hose to the pump connection outlet and select the "Pump" button on the control panel. No assembly or plumbing work is required. While in operation, the pump offers 13.12 ft. of vertical lift and can be configured to drain upward through, for example, a nearby window. Other product features include:

Three Drainage Options
Collected moisture can be drained from the unit in 3 ways. The water collection tank can be manually emptied when it has reached capacity. Water can be gravity-drained through a 3-ft. drainage hose included with the unit. Additionally, you can connect the included 16-ft. pump hose to the unit's patented condensate pump system for continuous water removal with roughly 13 ft. of vertical lift.

Overflow Protection and Air Filtration
A customized safety tank control system prevents water container overflow caused by a full tank, an improperly positioned tank, a missing tank, or an obstruction in the drainage hose. Advanced air filtration technology in the form of a permanent, washable air filter traps bothersome dust particles and lengthens the life of the dehumidifier.

Electronic, Programmable Control
With soft-touch controls, a large LCD display, and a 24-hour programmable timer equipped with start, stop, and delay functions, the DE400P enables you to set, read, and automate your desired humidity. The dehumidifier also features 2 operating modes, including one that specifies fan-only control with 3 speeds: low, medium, and high. When pressed once, the unit's "turbo power" button operates the system in continuous mode at maximum fan speed until the optimum conditions are reached. By pressing the button again, the unit reverts back to its previous settings.

The DE400P Dehumidifier offers you flexibility through its portability. Move the unit effortlessly and easily from room to room using its durable, easy-roll caster wheels.
