How It Works
Operating at 11,000 BTUs, this is a strong and efficient air conditioner for your home. Cooling up to 350 square feet of space, the Pinguino PAC T110P operates using patented no-drip technology. With the help of an internal condensate pump, water collected during cooling is discharged through exhaust hose --the ultimate in comfort and convenience. You can install this unit using a single exhaust hose, or can choose to install an optional second hose to increase efficiency. Run it in "Normal" mode or turn on the “Boost” mode for maximum cooling power.

The Pinguino T110P is also a powerful dehumidifier. A double condenser allows this unit to remove 50 pints of water per day while cooling, or up to 60 pints of water when operating in the dehumidifying-only mode. Under normal conditions, this unit is "dripless," meaning that the unit will discharge all of the moisture collected from the air through the exhaust. However, when extracting large volumes of water in the "Dehumidifier Only" mode, excess water will be collected in the internal collection tank. The air conditioner will automatically turn off once the tank is full, until emptied. You may also use the continuous drain hose included as a no-fuss way to eliminate excess water as needed.

In addition to its air conditioning and dehumidifying capabilities, the T 110P is also an effective air purifier. Air is passed through an electrostatic 3M Filtrete air filter which attracts and captures tiny airborne particles, preventing re-circulation of allergens and irritants. It collects many small particles that other screen or foam filters cannot. These functions can be used independently or together.

All of these functions are housed in a stylish and easy to use package. The PAC T110P’s features are designed around the idea that you can set the unit and forget it. Water from the dehumidifying process is continuously pumped through the exhaust hose – no water buckets to empty (or to forget to empty). The electric humidistat, 24-hour programmable timer, and adjustable thermostat keep the unit running properly with little input from you. Additional modes such as Sleep and Smart modes are also designed to take the guesswork, and babysitting, out of the equation.
