Comments about DeLonghi Safeheat TCH7690ER Ceramic Tower Heater:
After mocing in to a new house - winter came and I realized the laundry room addition by the previous owners had no heat source and minimal insulation. This heater has been great so far (2 months of use) - the room is heated quickly and I haven't noticed an increase in my electric bill.

Comments about DeLonghi Safeheat TCH7690ER Ceramic Tower Heater:
We live in a raised split. The DeLonghi Safeheat TCH7690ER Ceramic Tower Heater has kept a downstairs family room and bedroom at 68 -70 degrees day and (below freezing) nights for the past two and a half months: no other heating used in that zone of our house. Got the electric bill for this period last week: only $50 more that this same period last year. Several visitors, including our oil burner tech, have asked us where to get one!
Comments about DeLonghi Safeheat TCH7690ER Ceramic Tower Heater:
This was not what I'd expected when I ordered it. It was much better. The remote control is handy when you want to start warming up the room before you get up in the morning. The Eco feature is great The unit is up off the floor and put the warm air where you need it. The airflow is strong enough that it circulates the air in the room thoroughly and it also oscillates to help avoid hotspots. Easy-to-read digital readout lets you know what temperature you have set it for. All in all a great bargain for the price.
