The Dimplex Allendale Fireplace functions as a supplemental heater and helps you maintain a comfortable room temperature with the built-in thermostat. The thermostat control is located on the front panel of the electric firebox for easy access.

To set your desired temperature, turn the dial clockwise to activate the heater. Once your room reaches an ideal temperature, turn the knob counter clockwise to program the heat setting. In this function, the heater fan distributes a warm, even heat throughout your space while maintaining the flame effect.

The flame speed and flame light can be controlled with the knobs on the firebox control panel, so you can create your desired flame effect.
