The Dimplex Belvedere Electric Fireplace (GDS30-BW1053) is a strong, traditional fireplace, with a 30" self-trimming firebox with realistic looking flame and includes Purifire® air treatment system which filters airborne allergens and particulates. The graceful bow-front is accentuated by a raised hearth while the arched header features a matching picture frame design, and the wrap-around cuff, burnished walnut finish and profiled top edging add the finishing touches to this mantel.

Delivers Healthy, Heated Air

This electric fireplace features an industry first: a comprehensive air treatment system. The Dimplex Purifire system uses a high-efficiency air filter to trap airborne particles as small as 1 micron. The Purifire air treatment system effectively filters the air of an average size room four times per hour, ridding it of mold spores, pollen, pet dander, and dust. The Dimplex Belvedere Electric Fireplace offers continuous Purifire operation at low and high speeds and can be turned on and off with the remote control.

Resembles Real Wood Fire

Dimplex electric fireplaces use patented flame technology to produce a life-like flame effect. This innovative flame effect combines the appearance of realistic burning logs with the movement of a blazing fire to achieve a three-dimensional flickering flame. The hand-finished LED logs display a natural, inner glow during heat operation to resemble real burning wood.

The 30-inch self-trimming electric firebox contains three light bulbs underneath the log set that generate the pulsating ember bed and firelight flicker for the illusion of a traditional wood fire. Additionally, two 15-watt bulbs illuminate the log exterior to accentuate the incredibly realistic Dimplex flame effect.

Features Multi-Functional Remote Control

With a digital display and user-friendly symbols, the Dimplex deluxe remote control makes operating your Belvedere fireplace heater a breeze. This digital remote control displays the current room temperature and your desired temperature. In addition to allowing you to set an ideal room temperature, the remote includes a light dimmer that controls the brightness of the interior firebox lights.

With this multi-functional remote control, you can also adjust the flame speed and Purifire settings with the touch of a button. Plus, it notifies you when the batteries need to be replaced.

The digital transmitter controls your fireplace from 50 feet away. The remote signal can pass through walls and most obstacles without directly pointing at the heater. The manual control panel located on the front of the firebox contains an initialization button that synchronizes the remote control with your Dimplex Belvedere Fireplace. Once you press the button, the remote control sends a code of 243 independent frequencies to the heater’s circuit board to prevent interference with other units.
