I liked the ease of installation. I did not like the thermostat being in the unit, so I installed a wall thermostat down lower so I can reach it better. It would have been handy if Dimplex would have included on how to install and what kind of thermostat to use in the instructions. It has not been cold enough in our area to try it but it is a back up unit for the winter when we go on vacation to keep the garage from freezing. I believe that I will like it if the electric bill is not outrageous.
