The Dimplex Essex Electric Fireplace makes a seamless addition to any space with its traditional design. The Essex electric fireplace has fluted columns, carved dentil molding and is available in three finishes, Burnished Walnut (GDS30-1086BW), Oak (GDS30-10860) or White (GDS30-1086W) .

The Essex electric fireplace includes a 30" self-trimming firebox with realistic looking flame and includes Purifire® air treatment system which filters airborne allergens and particulates.can be operated with or without heat for year-round enjoyment. It quietly provides 5,120 BTUs of fan forced heat to keep you warm without any of the negative effects of a wood burning fireplace. This electric fireplace provides on demand supplemental heat with thermostat control for rooms up to 400 square feet. There is no venting required, which allows the Dimplex Essex Electric Fireplace to be installed anywhere, and it plugs into any standard household electrical (120V) outlet.

The Dimplex Purifire system uses a high-efficiency air filter to trap airborne particles as small as 1 micron. The 30-inch self-trimming electric firebox contains three light bulbs underneath the log set that generate the pulsating ember bed and firelight flicker for the illusion of a traditional wood fire. With this multi-functional remote control, you can also adjust the flame speed and Purifire settings with the touch of a button. Plus, it notifies you when the batteries need to be replaced.
