The product is great and gives out good heat. The problem was it took five emails to get it. I initially ordered the laguna and almost a week later I called and they tell me the order had been cancelled because the manufacture discontinued it. So I get a discount code and make another selection. The product did not ship in 24 hours like they said it took another 4 days to leave the warehouse. Then the tracking number I got from ups said I will receive it on a Friday. Then I receive a call from the carrier ups stating yes it's here but we can't take it to you today Friday maybe Monday . The. Monday gets here and ups shows up and take the two heavy boxes off the truck and tells me he can't carry them in the house for me cause it was to heavy. I'm thinking "hey that's your job" so I had to open the boxes outside and take it all in peace by peace. I built it in half hour and it looks great and works good. The people I spoke to on the phone for answers had bad attitude or were clueless on how to help me. Sad but true
