I received my Dimplex Torcheire last week and I cannot be more pleased!
Assembly was so quick and easy, took less than an hour tops! Everything needed was included, except the screwdriver and/or wrench used. Every piece fit together great and the overall quality and appearance of the product when fully assembled, took my breath away and has become a fabulous addition to the decor of my Living room!!!
The flame effect is so real, you would not know it was an electric unit!!

When I first opened the box, I noticed it was a darker wood tone than how it appears online, but it's beautiful. As it is still primarily Summer/Fall season, I haven't had a chance to run the heater yet, but it's nice to be able to still enjoy the ambiance of a fire in the evening.
I am very pleased with this unit and hopefully soon will invest in another one for my bedroom!

I also want to add how wonderful the Customer Service at Sylvane was when I first called and inquired about a discount. I was pleasantly pleased with the amount quoted me, which was the LOWEST by far that I had come across with any other shopping site offering the same product. They were professional, polite and genuinely friendly and I will most definitely be shopping with them again!
