Superior Water Removal

If you are looking for a high-power, yet compact, dehumidifier, the Dri-Eaz DrizAir 1200 Dehumidifier is an ideal indoor air treatment solution. Capable of removing up to 15 gallons of excess moisture from your environment each day, this dehumidifier features the same rugged design and effective performance of its larger cousin, the DrizAir 2400.

Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers operate by pulling moist air into the machine and across a cold evaporator core. This causes the moisture to condense into ice.  To turn the condensate from ice to water, the DrizAir 1200 cycles into defrost mode every six minutes, allowing the moisture to be easily drained from the dehumidifier. A plastic drainage hose is conveniently wrapped around the air outlet on the back of the DrizAir 1200. The drainage hose allows users to direct the collected moisture into a bucket, out of a window, or anywhere else that water can drain safely.

Straightforward Control Panel

The no-nonsense control panel of the Dri-Eaz 1200 matches its workhorse design. The touchpad control panel has a single digital display and the following four soft-touch control keys:

• On-Off: Use this control to power the dehumidifier on and off.
• Display: This control automatically cycles through the DrizAir 1200’s display message, or it can be pressed once to constantly display a specific message, such as the number of job hours. The Display key can also be used to change the display language to English, French, Dutch, or Spanish.
• Clear: Use the Clear key to reset the number of job hours. This helps you easily keep track of your time spent removing excess moisture from an area.
• Purge: This key allows you to manually purge the DrizAir 1200’s pump. This is helpful when conditions are excessively damp or water damaged, as well as when you need to empty the DrizAir 1200 to move to another job site or for storage.

In addition to these four control keys, this Dri-Eaz dehumidifier also displays the following eight status messages:

• Dehumidifier Off: This message indicates that the DrizAir 1200 is turned off.
• Dehumidifier On: This message displays when the dehumidifier is adequately warmed up and ready for moisture removal.
• Total HRS: The total hours message helps you keep track of the overall time that your dehumidifier has been operating.
• Job HRS: To help you stay on top of your time spent on a specific water removal project, the DrizAir 1200 features a message that displays hours spent on a single job.
• CMPRSR Delay: The CMPRSR Delay message indicates that the DrizAir 1200 is warming up. A handy visual countdown from one minute is also provided.
• Pump Purging: When the pump is getting rid of collected water, this message will display along with a numerical countdown.
•  Defrost On: This message displays when the defrost cycle is running.
• Get Service ERO1: If there is a malfunction during operation, this error message will display. Follow the instructions in the User Manual for troubleshooting or contact the Dri-Eaz Service Department.

Easy to Move and Simple to Store

Moving from job site to job site and storing equipment can be a real hassle. However, the addition of semi-pneumatic wheels and a sturdy, stackable frame makes both of these processes much more manageable. Being able to stack two dehumidifiers on top of each other also saves valuable space during transportation and storage.

The DrizAir 1200’s lightweight semi-pneumatic wheels are puncture proof and help the dehumidifier roll more smoothly and prevent damage during storage. The dehumidifier’s rigid handle is helpful as well. When rolling the dehumidifier, the handle provides stability for easier maneuverability. When these commercial dehumidifier’s are stacked for storage, the handle lends backing support for the top dehumidifier.

Constructed of rotomolded polyethylene, the DrizAir 1200’s housing is durable and dent resistant. This prevents damage to furnishings in homes, offices, and other job sites. It also means that your dehumidifier’s housing can stand up to stackable storage.
