We placed the order on a Sunday and were notified it was ready for shipping the very same day. Even with the Christmas rush, we received it the following Wednesday. Sylvane keeps their word. This is a first class company. Would buy from them again. We love our Dyson DC41 vacuum cleaner. It is simply the best one out there. I cannot believe the pet hair it picked up the first time we used it. If you own a cat or dog, this is the vacuum cleaner for you, bar none.

This is our second Dyson and we are so pleased with the performance, suction power and easy-handling of the vacuum. We have two golden retrievers who shed year round so for any vacuum to hold up to that amount of fur, it's a keeper. The new "ball" feature makes easy access around table legs, furniture, virtually any object in your home. We are Dyson folks forever.

I am so happy that I purchased this Dyson DC41. We have dogs. We love our dogs but we also love a clean house. This Dyson is great, it picks up the dog hair and then some. We have had other vacuums for pet hair in the past but not one can measure up to this one. I can't think of any cons, I only have pros. It's lightweight too. When I'm vacuuming, it doesn't feel like a chore. If you love your dogs as we do, then this is the vacuum for you, you won't be disappointed!
