We have two others just like this one and they are over 7 yrs. old. They still look almost brand new so I knew this one would be the same high quality.

I received my Endless Summer portable patio heater 3-1/2 weeks ago, and the unit is still not able to be assembled. A majority of the hardware did not mate or match, and many of the nuts and bolts were stripped out and would not thread. After speaking to customer service at Blue Rhino the same day I received it, I was assured that a complete set of hardware and a new canopy/emitter assembly would be shipped out promptly. It took 2 weeks to receive. When I received the replacement parts, the hardware was incomplete, and the unit remains in pieces. I have sent 2 e-mails to my contact at Blue Rhino customer service to get the complete set of hardware replaced again, and have heard nothing, no parts have been received. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
