The AC was good. It cools very well with low electricity bills. The shipping was another story. It was shipped in a flimsy crate and was bent all to siht. I streightned it enough to use but put it in behind the house so it wouldn't show. It's a good product but pick it up yourself and don't let them ship it.

Product is excellent, works well, good design. Problem was with the shipping, We had ordered a previous unit the year before, 2011, but upon arrival it was damaged to the extent that it was unusable and was returned, the unit this year was also damaged somewhat, top caved in, but I was able to pound it back straight enough to work. You need a new shipping company or better methods. Thanks
