I bought this product as a second vac for upstairs carpets. It does a good job but it is so heavy that by the time I finish my back hurts.
It doesn't work well on stairs, tile or wood floors. Great if you just want it for carpet. It is tood heavy to lift up and down stairs. Cord is way too short. Attachments are useless.
I would not recommend this product.

It works well picking up pet hair. I am getting use to switching it from bare floors to carpet.
