This portable dehumidifier is equipped with an easily accessible drain bucket and continuous-drain capabilities for worry-free operation. The humidity level can be set from 30% to 90% relative humidity and the dehumidifier operates in temperatures as low as 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, four rolling casters provide easy mobility for effective humidity control from room to room.

Continuous Drainage

With continuous drainage operation, this Energy Star-rated portable dehumidifier eliminates the need to manually empty the water bucket. The Friedrich 25-Pint Dehumidifier includes a continuous drainage outlet, which allows you to drain condensate water through a connector hose.

Additionally, an optional condensate pump kit (sold separately) provides an energy-efficient and hassle-free solution to draining condensate water. The external condensate pump removes water using the gravity drain method. This method allows you to drain collected moisture out of a window, through a door, or to any location up to 15 feet away from the dehumidifier.

Hassle-Free Operation

The Friedrich D25BNP 25-Pint Dehumidifier features user-friendly electronic controls and digital display, making it simple to use and easy to operate. Monitor your room temperature and room humidity with ease using the two digital display screens on the control panel. The first display screen shows the current room temperature during normal operation and it displays the timer setting when the timer button is pressed. The second digital screen displays the relative humidity during normal operation and it shows your desired humidity level when you adjust the humidity setting.  

Easy to Maintain

In addition to easy-to-understand controls, the Friedrich 25-Pint Dehumidifier features convenient indicators for easy maintenance and optimum performance. The bucket full indicator will illuminate on the display panel when the water condensate bucket is full. To prevent damage to your dehumidifier or an overflow of water in your home, the unit will automatically shut down until the drain bucket is emptied and properly replaced.  

The Friedrich D25BNP 25-Pint Dehumidifier also features automatic defrost mode, which is very beneficial for low-temperature operation. When the dehumidifier is operating in temperatures less than 54 degrees Fahrenheit, frost can begin to build up on the evaporator coils. To keep the dehumidifier running normally and efficiently, the defrost indicator will illuminate and the system will automatically start the defrost cycle.
