Energy-Efficient Design

Effectively cooling spaces up to 175 square feet, the Friedrich SQ05N10 includes a 24-hour timer feature that allows you to conveniently program when the air conditioner turns on and off. For example, to conserve energy while you’re away from the home, turn off the AC and program it to turn on an hour before you return.

A fan-only mode is ideal for circulating fresh air throughout your space on days when no additional cooling power is necessary. Four fan speeds are available and an auto-fan mode saves money and energy by automatically selecting the speed based on ambient room temperature. Like all Kuhl models, this Friedrich AC uses the environmentally-friendly R-410A refrigerant.

Convenient Features

The Friedrich Kuhl SQ05N10 includes two 7-day energy management programs that can be accessed and selected from the unit's controls. The SQ05N10 is Wi-Fi ready, and the optional Wi-Fi adapter allows you to adjust your Kuhl air conditioner from your smartphone or your computer (adapter not included).
