Full Spectrum Lights

Full spectrum lights, also known as broad spectrum lights, produce "natural" light that is designed to mimic the largest source of natural light available – the sun. Scientists have determined that our bodies are biologically programmed to react positively to sunlight and that our moods can be greatly improved by exposure to sunlight. That's why full spectrum lights are often used as therapy devices for many types of seasonal depression – from the less-severe "winter blues" to cases of full-blown seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
