Product Overview

The CPRD12XC7 is a part of Haier America's Commercial Cool line of portable air conditioners. This 12,000 BTU air cooler will comfortably cool and dry the air in a larger space of up to 400 square feet. The self-evaporating technology saves you time and aggravation, and a variety of other features make this portable unit convenient and user friendly.

Self-Evaporating
This unit evaporates and eliminates the water that is collected -- with no input from you. When cooling, water is naturally collected as part of the cooling process. In some traditional portable air conditioners, it can be cumbersome to have to constantly empty water buckets when trying to cool a room. This unit, however, expels the water through the hot exhaust so that there is no input needed.

Additional Features
This air conditioner is truly portable. With easy-roll casters and built-in handles it can be easily moved and placed just about anywhere. The 24-hour timer and multiple function modes are great for customizing operation to fit your needs.

• Three Modes -- Indicator light on control panel will display which mode is currently running:
  • Cooling -- 12,000 BTUs cools up to 400 square feet. Great for boosting central air systems in one room to save you money on your whole-house cooling bills.
  • Dehumidifier -- This unit can also be used strictly as a dehumidifier.
  • Fan Only -- This unit can also be used as a fan only, to circulate air. It does not need to be vented for this operation.
  
  
• Self-Evaporating Unit -- No water collection is necessary due to unique evaporation of water


• Quick Cooling Dual Hose Design -- This unit uses two hoses, one hose for air intake into the unit and one hose for hot air/moisture removal. This eliminates the negative room pressure that can be created from single hose units (where warm air from other rooms is being sucked into the room you are trying to cool).


• Electronic Thermostat -- Unit will automatically maintain your desired temperature


• Multidirectional Airflow -- 3 position adjustable airflow for excellent circulation of cold air


• Dehumidify Only Operation -- In this mode, the temperature buttons and fan speed do not function. The unit will run in Low speed and the dehumidifier light will blink. It is not necessary to exhaust the unit when only dehumidifying.


• Fan Speeds -- Choose from three speeds: High, Medium, or Low. In the Dehumidify Mode, fan will run at Low speed.


• Air Filter -- Protects the unit from dust and dirt in the air. Clean (wash or vacuum) once per week for optimum efficiency.


• Air Flow Volume (CFM) -- 185 Low, 210 Med, 240 High CFM


• Timer -- This unit has a 1 to 24 hour built-in timer. You may set either a unit turn-on or turn-off time.


• Remote Control -- Easy to read LCD screen displays all unit major functions.


• Window Kit Included -- Includes exhaust hose, two hose adapters, window panel kit, and window panel adaptor.


• Portable -- Fully directional casters included for easy placement
