Haier 30 Pint Dehumidifier (DM30J)

The Haier DM30J is a great choice for anyone needing to control humidity in a small room, such as a small bedroom, garage, or basement space. This dehumidifier can remove up to 30 pints of water per day. Additional features, such as automatic humidity control and a bucket-full indicator light add to the easy to use nature of this unit.

Humidity Control

The DM30J dehumidifier is equipped with an automatic humidistat control. A manual control dial on the control panel allows you to set the desired humidity level and then the machine will automatically regulate the moisture level to your needs. With this feature you can easily maintain the optimal moisture level to inhibit mold, mildew, and moisture damage.

Water Collection

Excess water is removed from the air and stored in the internal water bucket. This tank will hold up to 12 pints of water before needing to be emptied. To protect against overflow, the unit will auto-shut off when the water tank is full and an indicator light will illuminate. Also, the unit has a "Trouble-Free" drain connect that allows the water to be drained directly out of the dehumidifier.

Eco-Friendly

This Haier dehumidifier was designed to have minimal impact on the environment. The unit uses R-134A refrigerant, an environmentally friendly refrigerant that does not contribute to the depletion of the Earth's ozone layer (unlike the commonly used R-22). The unit also complies with the RoHS Directive, or the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive. This directive restricts the use of six hazardous and toxic substances – including lead and mercury – in the manufacture of electronic and electrical equipment.
