HI-E Dry Units Offer 3-Way Savings:
1 - Lower Equipment Cost. HI-E DRY dehumidifiers utilize heat transfer innovations that dramatically improve performance. The units are built to be higher capacity dehumidifiers with smaller refrigeration systems, which results in lower equipment cost.
2 – Less Energy Required. A smaller refrigeration system requires a smaller electrical load. The HI-E DRY models draw only 7-12 amps of electricity, depending on the model. All units plug into a 115 volt 15 amp outlet.
3 - Low Operating Cost. HI-E DRY dehumidifiers remove two to three times more water per kilowatt hour of electricity than conventional dehumidifiers, which may result in significant annual energy savings.
