Excellent product, minimal amount of space, mounted on wheels for easy portability, lives up to its name extremely quiet. Easy to operate and maintain, highly recommend it. We are using it in our server room, and since we started using it no more alarms for low humidity or static shock. Filters are easy to change and the filling up of the dual tanks requires very little effort. Plenty of settings and works like a charm.

We are using this humidifier in a warehouse, and it is a great product for our purposes, EXCEPT...like almost every other humidifier I've bought in the past 3 years, it has a round top. It has a 5 gallon capacity a + but it has a rounded top on both water containers - so you end up having to use a HUGE sink to fill it (not a problem in a warehouse) AND you have to stand and support the container while you fill it, because the part you would set it on is rounded, which means unless you are VERY careful and never have accidents the water receptacle is bound to get broken sooner than later.

After using the humidifier for several months, I would have to say I am very happy with the purchase. I can bring my whole downstairs living area from 12% humidity to 40% in less then an hour. The only drawback is the noise at higher fan speeds, so I prefer to leave it on a lower fan speed and leave on all day. The thermostat is perfect for keeping constant humidity levels and the auto shutoff keeps it worry-free if it runs out of water when no one's home. I give the product an A! :)
