KuulAire KA77 Portable Evaporative Cooler

With a top storage compartment, two slots for soda cans, and a convenient remote control, the KuulAire KA77 Portable Evaporative Cooler is the perfect companion for a day outside. In addition to a 7.9-gallon water tank and a handy water level indicator, the portable swamp cooler also includes a hose connection for continuous water supply. The Port-A-Cool PACKA77 Evaporative Cooler cools indoor and outdoor areas sized up to 600 square feet. It performs well in areas of low humidity.

This evaporative swamp cooler has two fan speeds and a powerful airflow rate of 600 CFM. The KuulAire KA77 Evaporative Cooler is also equipped with an 8-hour timer. To program the timer, press the timer button. Each time the button is pressed, 30 minutes are added to the operating time.

The digital control panel, located on the top of the air cooler for easy accessibility, includes LED indicators that display which operation mode is in use. Additionally, the safety lock function allows you to lock the touch screen panel and maintain the current programmed settings.

Natural Cooling Method

Unlike refrigerant air conditioners, which cool using refrigerant gas, the Port-A-Cool PACKA77 Evaporative Cooler uses the natural process of water evaporation. First, hot air is drawn into the evaporative cooler through the vents and passes through a damp evaporative cooling pad. When the moving air is brought into contact with the water-saturated pad, evaporation occurs as the heat from the hot air causes the water molecules to transform into a gas. The evaporative cooling pad absorbs the heat out of the air and the powerful fan disperses fresh, cool air throughout your space.

Fan-Only Mode

The KuulAire KA77 Evaporative Cooler can be used as a fan or evaporative cooler. For fan-only operation, empty the water tank and select your desired fan speed. To enable the evaporative cooler function, fill the tank with water using the water fill tray. The water tray, located on the top of the air cooler, makes it easy to add water; while a water level indicator on the side of the unit helps you avoid overfilling the tank.
