I use this product on anything that I can't wash or rinse out. So it works great on carpets and upholstery and other applications of this nature. It takes out those spots that seem to have been ground or worn in. There is no residue left that would attract soiling and spots. It has no odor so it can be used anywhere. Love it!

Doesn't leave soapy residue that will attract dirt later. Formula 212 gets the stains out and carpet stays cleaner longer!

Didn't order this when I bought the Lady bug, but there are times when you need to help the steam along (as in removed rust from my vinyl siding!). This is a wetting agent that does help, when used as directed. It was worth the purchase.

Didn't clean any better than other products I have tried. I like the non foaming feature. I would like a product I can dilute into the steam cleaner water tank.

Love the Formula 212 Spot Cleaner. I use it with my Ladybug steam cleaner for my wool berber carpet.
