EPA-Approved TANCS Disinfection
The Ladybug 2200ST includes all of the same features as the Ladybug 2200S—but adds the power of Ladybug's Thermo Accelerated Nano Crystal Sanitation, or TANCS, disinfection system. This EPA-approved disinfection system is capable of destroying harmful embedded bacteria, viruses, and fungi in a matter of seconds. The system converts natural ionic minerals found in tap water into millions of specialized nano-crystals. As the crystals pass through the steam cleaner boiler and steam hose, they absorb energy from the heat and are accelerated. Upon contact with a soiled surface, the nano-crystals help the dry steam disrupt microorganism cell membranes at a faster rate. The result is a disinfected surface made possible without chemical disinfectants.

This Ladybug steam cleaner's continuous fill design—a trademark of all Ladybug steamers—means you'll never run out of steam in the middle of your cleaning task. Should the water reservoir empty, simply refill it during your cleaning process. I selected this product because of its versatility and the low number of negative reviews. The ordering and delivery process went flawlessly. I used the ladybug for two cleaning sessions and was relatively pleased. The video shows the use of filler pads but they are not included. I would advise getting these. The video also pointed out the product's use of dry steam. The steam produced by my unit was not dry. This could be due to a defect. On my third use of the Ladybug there was an electrical short and pump would not turn off. There was visible condensation on the inside of the pressure gauge and indicator lights. The return process was easy and I'm waiting to see what happens. Due to the many positive reviews I am hopefully optimistic.

I like this thing a lot. I received it as a present and for a long time I had no idea what it cost. I use it a lot, though. Does a great job cleaning the nooks and crannies of my kitchen. Also leaves my sofa feeling fresh and clean. It's easy to use, too. Just fill it with water, let it heat up, and have at it. I'll usually spend a good hour cleaning from room to room, and the only thing I have to do is refill the water. You can refill it whenever you need to, even when its' running, and the exterior stays cool so you can move it around as much as you want.
Not sure if I would have spent that kind of money on myself, but looking back on the past year, I really can't imagine myself without it. Ladybug's a good brand, and really, it's nice to be able to trust that your steam cleaner is actually killing germs, not just spreading them around.

When it comes to cleaning, my husband and I have always been steam cleaner people â€" they clean up really nicely without leaving chemical smells around the house. When we found out I was pregnant, we decided to toss our generic brand steamer for a higher-end model, so we can raise our baby in the cleanest environment possible. A couple of my girlfriends own Ladybugs, so I started my search there. haha
At first, I was skeptical about the price, but when I started researching the differences between Ladybug and other brands, I realized that for the price, Ladybug definitely offers the most benefits. They kill germs on contact, they're cool to the touch, and they clean EVERYTHING. I use mine most in the kitchen and the bathroom, but I'll also whip it out for cleaning the furniture before having company over. (And, let's be honest, after they leave.)
We decided on the Ladybug T 2200S because it includes the TANCS sanitation system (which, in my opinion, is the biggest reason to invest in Ladybug to begin with). After that, it seems like the only real difference between models is the accessories, and we weren't too concerned about that. Of all the Ladybugs with TANCS, the T 2200S was the least expensive, so that's the one we went with.
The only downside is the fact that you have to hold onto those terry cloths. But any cloth will do the trick, really â€" so as long as you have something to wrap around brush, you'll be good to go!
Overall, this was a great investment. As long as I have my Ladybug, I feel confident that my baby will grow up in a safe, healthy environment.

I bought the Ladybug 2200S TANCS version because I needed to disinfect everything in the house because my son has bad allergies, and this was the best steam cleaner that I could find for my needs. The hot steam kills dust mites in everything including the carpet, our mattresses, couch cushions, recliners, and the futon. We noticed his allergies started getting better after only a couple of uses (about 3 weeks), so the effects were pretty immediate. The other alternative was to use chemical treatments every 6 weeks, but those aren’t guaranteed to work and they could cause some other unwanted side effects, so in the end it was worth the money to buy this steam cleaner instead.

I am a clean type of person (not obsessive, just clean) so I really felt a little bit skeptical that this steam cleaner would do a better job than scrubbing by hand but I kept hearing how good these were so I finally decided to get one. After using it for almost a month now I have to say that I am a believer. I save so much time now. It normally took me almost 2 hours to clean the kitchen by hand but now I can do it in less than half the time and the surprising thing is it seems cleaner too. The triangle brush is what I use for the countertops too and it works great. The machine is small too which is good because my house doesn’t have a basement so it’s definitely a big plus to be able to store it in the hall closet. I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this steamer to anyone who doesn’t want to spend hours scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms.

I've had this steamer for about 2 years now. It is amazing. The high cost makes me feel like I need to share it with my friends, who, by the way, also love it. I really miss it when I have loaned it out. Does my wood floors fast with minimal water. Does the windows great. Cleans the grill back to shiny. If you get this, be sure to spring for the Turbo Nozzle. It really focuses the steam for the tough nooks and crannies. The accessories are very pricey, but really handy. I got the optional accessory set with my steamer. I did not find the scraper to be very helpful, it makes such a high pitched sound when I use it that I end up taking it off and using the regular nozzle and a hand held scraper. I found the stainless steel scrubbies at an Amish Grocery store for 27 cents each, instead of a 6 pack for $28.95 plus shipping. They are out there, but hard to find. It takes some time to let the steam work. I am so used to needing to scrub to get anywhere that I wore out my first set of brushes. I have learned to let the steam work more and to scrub less...
Once you get to cleaning with this it can be hard to stop. You just keep going from one thing to another. It is just incredible how well it cleans up an oven (remember, more steam less scrub).
