What is TANCS?
Using a proprietary water treatment process, Nano Crystals are formed
within tap water in the steam cleaner. When this water is transformed
into super-heated steam, the crystals are energized and compromise the
function of
microbial cell walls. Microorganisms are then readily exposed to
lethal thermal limits - giving you disinfection capability while you
clean!
Nelson Labs of Utah certified that a 7-second exposure to TANCS steam
vapor produces a 5-7 log reduction in microbes and was consistently
achieved on all microorganisms tested. This is thousands of times
better than any direct applied water disinfecting process using chemicals.

Love my Lady Bug!

I've had this steamer for about 2 years now. It is amazing. The high cost makes me feel like I need to share it with my friends, who, by the way, also love it. I really miss it when I have loaned it out. Does my wood floors fast with minimal water. Does the windows great. Cleans the grill back to shiny. If you get this, be sure to spring for the Turbo Nozzle. It really focuses the steam for the tough nooks and crannies. The accessories are very pricey, but really handy. I got the optional accessory set with my steamer. I did not find the scraper to be very helpful, it makes such a high pitched sound when I use it that I end up taking it off and using the regular nozzle and a hand held scraper. I found the stainless steel scrubbies at an Amish Grocery store for 27 cents each, instead of a 6 pack for $28.95 plus shipping. They are out there, but hard to find. It takes some time to let the steam work. I am so used to needing to scrub to get anywhere that I wore out my first set of brushes. I have learned to let the steam work more and to scrub less...
Once you get to cleaning with this it can be hard to stop. You just keep going from one thing to another. It is just incredible how well it cleans up an oven (remember, more steam less scrub).
