I've owned this product over a year. While this product is designed well and effectively cleans most surfaces its durability is poor. After a year of frequent use, the shell is cracking in multiple places. I've also noticed it cannot hold high pressures or temps. for more than a brief moment. A machine at this price should not drop nearly 30psi and 30 degrees after holding the trigger for more than 10 secs. Given the price of this machine I cannot deny that I am disappointed with its overall performance. I would not recommend paying nearly 2000 for this product. I gave it 2 stars due to its high price and poor durability in its shell and boiler performance.

We had a company come out to give us an estimate for having our shower tiles and family room/kitchen tiles steam cleaned. The man had one of the LadyBug steamers and gave us a demo of how well it works, right in the middle of our family room floor. So now we had a beautifully clean and bright 12"x12" tile, with its gorgeously steam cleaned surrounding grout, and the rest of the floor looked horrendous. (he wasn't stupid) So we either had to pay the $950.00 he wanted to clean it all and make it match again, or find out more about this LadyBug steamer ASAP. Once I found out about the LadyBug and what it would cost, I figured it would only make sense to spend the extra for the machine and do it myself. Because once the floor grout got dirty again in time, I'd be out the $$ I'd have spent on a company to clean my floors, and would need to go through this process all over again.
So we purchased the LadyBug, and even though it's not a little bit of money, it is SO worth every penny and then some. If you want your home to not only look and smell clean, but truly BE clean, then this is the product to use.
It is easy and does a job like nothing else. No harsh chemicals are needed, however, I highly recommend the 212 cleaner that you can buy. It helps really break down the dirt in grout, etc., and it is safe and natural. Our friends borrowed and loved our machine so much, that many have purchased one for themselves.
All in all, one of the best purchases we EVER made.

The Ladybug Teckno 2350 is a product that performs as promised. It does an excellent job much more quickly and thoroughly than chemical or other mechanical cleaners. I'm completely satisfied and have recommended it repeatedly to family and friends. The trolley assembles very easily, moves smoothly, and keeps tools handy.

This is my second Ladybug steamer and an upgrade from an older model that didn't have the TANCS system. My somewhat hard well water and my lack of cleaning it as prescribed for 8 years did the old one harm. I could have repaired it but thought the tanks system was the element i was missing for a trouble free steamer. The tanks system is supposed to work with the minerals in the water to help clean.

I'm giving it only 4 stars because if I have maintenance issue i have to mail it for service, as I live in a rural area.
Before both ladybugs, I used to have a small wand type steamer 15 years ago and it had no temperature controls and unlike the ladybugs is was not a continuos fill. Which means you got about 15 minutes in your job and would have to quit and wait for it to cool before you could refill the hot tank. Most of those wand or hand held steamers don't hold enough water to get a large floor mopped or bathroom cleaned. This thing goes and goes, the tank is large and refillable while hot. With the 3 settings or bath the ladybugs you can work on many surface types without scorching or peeling paint etc...

The best of course is to mop all the floors super clean without chemicals. My second favorite task is because it is a life saver with pets. If you can get the pet mess in a timely manner, whether it be urine or vomit, it will easily clean the carpet spot without chemicals and does so better than any canned spot cleaner. And if you don't get to it in a timely matter you will be even more pleased you have a multitasking steamer. Every now and then for hardy pet stains you may have to add some cleaner but not often.

I use the Tekno for window blinds, walls, floors, bathroom tile, windows, stove, counters... you name it and if left in place for 8-10 the surface is sterile. One of the neat things it gets with a quick blast are the fasteners on the back end of the toilet seat where you normally need a toothbrush to get the crud out...this thing does it in a single quick burst of steam.

One must simply remember the steam loosens dirt so you do need to use a cloth to wipe away dirt. I have recently started using micro-fiber bootys from another steamer company for this steamer and it's much easier than attaching towels to the various attachments plus the micro fiber seems to pick up the dirt quicker.

I love this thing and would be lost with it. The thought of a dirty mop with smelly chemical water, well ugh. I feel like the ladybug gets everything cleaner and I like the wood handle and led warmup notes on the Tekno. It comes with attachments for nearly any job you can think of and the window attachment is a huge improvement over the older models. Using that and a couple wipes with a micro fiber cloth and even i can get a streak free window.

If you're considering a steamer for more than just floors I highly recommend the Ladybug steamers. It's more expensive but by the time you replace those cheaper models and wonder why those are either too hot or not hot enough and lack some of the attachments just go for the gusto and get the real thing. By the time you amortize the cost of it's use over the years you will probably find you saved money.

I was skeptical, as was my husband, but after using this cleaner twice I am convinced I made the right choice. Can't wait to have the time to make it ALL around my house to clean all sorts of things!

If you are a neat freak, this steam cleaner is the best thing to have! It doesn’t take long to heat up once you put the water in. I used the large brush with a filler pad and a towel to clean my carpet and I could not believe how dirty it was! I wanted to throw the towel away! The steam cleaner is not too heavy and moves around pretty good. The size makes it easy to fit in my small coat closet. The one thing I don’t like is that it's hard to rest the handle if you need to stop for a minute. It always falls on the floor no matter how carefully I try to prop it against the wall.

Totally hesitant about spending that amount of money on a cleaning machine that you still had to be around to operate was something I thought about for 3 months. How would I explain it to my husband? I have always been the first to try out new vacuums, soaps and other cleaning products introduced on the market to make cleaning easier, this product by far keeps me happy every time I use it.

Let me tell you, purchasing this machine literally was the best purchase on a cleaning product or machine I have ever made. We have 7 grandchildren and 2 dogs. All of them are messy. Cleaning up after all of the children and pets is now enjoyable? I know what you are thinking, "enjoyable?' Yes, that is what I said. If you are spending hours a day cleaning, it sure helps to have the tools to do it! To have something that when you use it you know its going to do the job and do it better then it has ever been done before.

I use it for everything, before I pick up any other cleaner I first use my Ladybug, its amazing, and that to me is enjoyable! I use it on oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, floors, windows, drawers, mirrors, microwave just to mention a few. Literally everything, the bathroom shines when I am done, Shines!!!. Dog food bowls and dog house is a sinch. My husband? He loves the ladybug almost as much as I do. He cleans his car, his cars' engine, his cars' interior his cars' garage his cars' wheels. He has a clean car! He cleans his boat. He has a clean boat.

The Ladybug comes with a carring case thats makes it easy to load this thing up and haul it off to the mountains where we have a trailer parked and we go its a cleaning frenzy there. Thank you LadyBug. Thanks for making my life a clean living life.
