The concept behind the Ladybug steamer is great but it simply does not deliver on its promises. Mine will not heat up into the high zone. I purchased this to clean tile and grout and it does not get the grout clean. Directions are on a DVD which is unhandy. Printed directions that can be stored with the implements would be MUCH better. Why will my machine not heat into the higher zone?

I had a small steam mop before I purchased this Ladybug steam cleaner but I quickly learned I could not clean anything but the floors with the mop. I did a lot of research to make sure I was going to get the best steam cleaner for my money. When my new Ladybug steamer arrived, I was so excited to see what it could do, I cleaned our entire house. This thing does it all! The floors felt cleaner, the bathroom almost sparkled like on the commercials and my kitchen cabinets were finally free of that greasy film! While it is a little hard to get up and down the stairs, its ready to go to steam quickly and leaves my home so clean that I don’t really mind! And I love all the attachments it comes with. I almost like cleaning now.

I bought the ladybug xl 2300 because I wanted to keep my floors as clean and sanitary as possible. I have a 2 year old son and he spends a lot of time on the floors playing and eating even though I discourage eating on the floor. I knew I wanted a steam cleaner so I did some research online. I found the ladybug steam cleaners were rated among the best and had great reviews so I decided to buy one. It is pricey but it has an 8 year warranty so I felt comfortable spending the money. I am so glad I did! The ladybug steamer did an amazing job on my hardwood floors and my carpet. Although I initially bought the ladybug for my floors, I now use it everywhere. I even used it to clean my son’s bed and mattress and was super happy with the results. Great steam cleaner!

The ladybug XL 2300 delivers on everything it promises and then some. It cleans just about everything you can think of with just water and heat and it cleans better than any cleaning product out there. What’s makes the ladybug xl2300 even better is how simple and easy it is to use. A quick read of the user manual and a few minutes later I had this machine up and running. First off, it is way lighter than I expected! Plus it has large swivel wheels that make it so easy to move around. The different tools are stored right there on the unit and switching to a different attachment is very convenient. There is an indicator light that comes on to let me know I need more water. I just pour more water in the machine without having to turn it off and it heats right up as I continue with my cleaning. I can adjust the steam volume which is necessary when I switch from small cleaning jobs like my counter top to large jobs like the floors.

I bought the XL 2300 premium package because I wanted some additional brushes, especially the clothes brush. I have used this brush on my micro fiber couch and my work jackets and have been extremely satisfied with the results. I hardly go to dry cleaners anymore. I also use the formula 212 spot cleaner to deal with my dog’s accidents and it gets the stains out with no effort. Overall, the ladybug XL2300 steam cleaner lives up its reputation. This is some of the smartest money I have ever spent!

My husband and I own a small Bed & Breakfast and were looking for a way to ensure our customers a clean and healthy stay. After reading many reviews, we purchased the Ladybug XL2300 steamer and are so far very pleased with the decision. We have used our new steam cleaner to clean the bathrooms, carpets, furniture, windows and even bed mattresses. I have lots of tile flooring and lots of new construction dust! I bought the Ladybug after reading reviews. I like the large capacity for the water and all of the attachments. After viewing the instructional CD, I found it easy to use. It cleans well, although it's shape sometimes makes it a little unwieldy. It is a little pricey, but I figure I will never have to buy mops, sprays, pads or cleaning products again. I have cleaned windows with it, baked on dirt on my cook top, and soot above the mantel. I look forward to spring cleaning and all of the possibilities.
