The Ladybug XLT2300 Steam Cleaner includes all of the same features as the Ladybug XL2300 with the added power of Ladybug's proprietary disinfection system, TANCS. TANCS—or Thermo Accelerated Nano Crystal Sanitation—is an EPA-certified disinfection system capable of destroying harmful embedded microorganisms on contact, without toxic chemicals. Effective and Reliable TANCS Disinfection
The Ladybug XLT 2300 Dry Vapor Steam Cleaner with TANCS safely cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes practically any surface in your home or office. To disinfect soiled areas, the TANCS system uses the naturally occurring minerals in tap water to form special nano-crystals as water is transformed into dry steam. When these crystals pass through the steam cleaner boiler and up into the steam hose, they absorb energy from the heat and are accelerated by the dry steam. I was very pleased with the performance of the Ladybug. The fact that I can clean the majority of my downstairs on a single fill is a big plus. The machine is easy to use, moves around easily. I especially like the fact that I don't have to wait for it to cool down before I refill and that it starts steaming quickly after the refill.
Definitely the best steamer I have ever purchased.

I LOVE my Ladybug Steam Cleaner. I purchased this steam cleaner after hearing great things from my sister who has owned a Ladybug for years. After nearly passing out while cleaning my shower, I decided it was time to protect my family by reducing the chemicals I use my house, so I bought the Ladybug XLT2300. The Ladybug steam cleaner sets up easily, and after the water heats, you are ready to go! The steam cleaner works fantastic cleaning the bathroom, especially cleaning in-between the tiles and in the corners with all the accessories that come with the unit. I didn’t know the grout in my bathroom was white until I cleaned with my Ladybug! I also steam clean the kitchen and hardwood floors, and I love that there is no residue or streaks left behind like when I would mop with a cleaning solution. My husband also experimented cleaning the grill with the metal brushes, and he was very excited that the old grit and grime finally was off the grill rack. I discover a new use for my Ladybug every time I take it out!

Was not sure that a price tag as high as this machine has would be worth it based on past steam machines I have used previously. I have to say that this machine exceeded my expectations. I am currently using the machine for a resort that has very dark grout in showers. The water is hard here and with constant use, the grout turns chalky that becomes almost impossible to remove. This machine makes what would be one hour of cleaning with multiple chemicals into a 5 minute project with no chemicals. It also is steaming chairs, curtains, and hallway wallpaper. It has only been 2 weeks of use but has helped me eliminate over 20 man hours in that short of time. I cannot say enough about how excited I am on the future of using this machine.
The additional tools that come with it are great. I do see where I will be replacing the metal bristle very soon as with using the machine 4 hours a day and using this tool quite a bit, it is already showing wear and tear. For a typical household, I am sure it would hold up for at least a few years. The other attachments compliment the machine well.

I ordered the Ladybug XLT2300 to start detailing vehicles, and man, this machine is amazing. I work with rental agencies (their cars can sometimes get pretty bad on the interiors) and the Ladybug makes light work of getting stains out.....this machine makes the cars look like new. I'll be adding another Ladybug to my outfit shortly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I do notice some of the plastic splitting apart on the handle from harder use.

As someone who loves a clean house, I’ve been waiting for a good time ($) to buy the ladybug steam cleaner for a couple of years now. I’m really happy I took the plunge. It does everything I’d hoped it would, from clean my 10 year old tile and grout (what a difference!) to sanitize my bathrooms, to freshen up my rugs and carpets.
I think anyone would be pleased with this purchase. And once you own one, just keeping your eyes open for opportunities to use it is fun. You’d be surprised how many more uses there are… BBQ grills, outdoor furniture, windows, kitchen cabinets, windowsills, mattresses (bed bugs!), ovens, stainless appliances, and a million things.
I used to own a very inexpensive steam cleaner and never used it because it the results were just not impressive. I’m guessing it just didn’t have the temperature and pressure to really get the job done. You definitely get what you pay for!

Though I've had this steamer for less than 1 month, my concerns about the cost versus value have been satisfactorially addressed. This steamer is high quality and has performed cleaning Pergo flooring above my expectations. Though it took a good while to clean the floor (getting the built-up soap residue off) and get the nack of controlling the steam amount, I am pleased. Once I learn how to use the steamer (or should I say ... invest the proper time)to master the capabilities, I am confident this will prove to be a solid investment for numerous cleaning tasks. I have had steam mops and I do not recommend these to anyone ... don't waste your money on the sticks. They (sticks)are not designed to last nor do they create dry steam.
Though the Ladybug is costly, having equipment that is well built and works when you need it, is an investment. I purchased my steamer from Sylvane because this company appreciates its customers and verified that I could return the steamer in 30 days if I was not completely satisfied. I am satisfied and will keep the steamer. I do recommend the Ladybug XLT 2300. You get what you pay for in life.

I have waited for years to buy a steamer. I just couldn't bear to spend the money! This thing is worth every penny and I haven't even begun to use it for everything it can do! I have cleaned my husband's truck, carpet, seats, windows. I especially love cleaning my tile floor in the kitchen. So much easier than mopping and no sticky residue. Also great for sanitizing bathrooms and toilets. My favorite thing so far has been cleaning the windows and blinds. It is amazing to look at the towel and see all the dirt it takes off! My house is starting to smell fresh again! Definitely recommend investing in this product!

As a busy mom of 3 boys I don’t have time to scrub my house to death. Now, I don’t have to. I use the Ladybug everywhere from kitchen to bath and love the results. I’ll admit that the first time I used the machine to clean my kitchen tile floor, it took some time to get everything looking great. But the results were amazing and the upkeep is super simple now. I can’t believe how clean the floors and countertops get! The steam cleaner is built like it’s going to last for years, so I’m guessing that in the end buying my own machine will outweigh the cost of paying for cleaning crews and endless cleaning supplies!

I decided to purchase the Ladybug XLT2300 steam cleaner after using cheap steam mops for a couple of months each, then having to throw them away when they broke. I mainly wanted this steam cleaner for cleaning my tile and hardwood floors, and it has done a wonderful job. Not only does my new Ladybug steam cleaner work great on my floors, but I also used it to clean the bathroom. At first, I didn’t know if I would be able to remove mildew and soap scum without cleaning products, but the steam, along with the brush attachments, worked great! The steam cleaner is simple to operate, and all the different accessories are great for getting in tough areas (especially in the bathroom and in the kitchen).
