I have owned my Miele Neptune HEPA vacuum cleaner for 2years and am very satisfied with how it has worked to thoroughly clean my home. My family has dust allergies and using the Miele daily really helps to alleviate their allergy symptoms.
It works well on any surfaces, I use it for my area rugs, wood floors and furniture.
It is very lightweight, easy to use and the canister vacuum bags are very easy to use. The vacuum bags are thick and you can see there is no dust residue inside the vacuum cleaner when changing bags. I highly recommend Miele products and Sylvane is the only store I purchase from because they are very professional and all my merchandise are processed promptly and items shipped very quickly. I know my merchandise will arrive within a few days. Highly recommend SYLVANE.
