Product Overview
The Minuteman Explosion-Proof/Dust Ignition-Proof Vacuum (C88015-04) safely collects flammable liquids, finely pulverized dust, and other hazardous materials from Class I-Group D and Class II-Group F and G atmospheres. Operating wet or dry conditions, the vacuum features a 3-stage filtration system that includes a cloth filter, a high-density impact filter, and an ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Air) filter. The ULPA filter offers 99.999% efficiency at 0.12 microns to help curb the amount of airborne dust created during the cleaning process.
The vacuum’s 15-gallon capacity tank is constructed with 22-gauge, non-sparking stainless steel and is equipped with 4 static-conductive caster wheels that guard against shocks and explosions. A built-in manometer continuously monitors the efficiency of the filters and alerts you when they need maintenance. The vacuum is powered using a 50-ft. 14-3 STW-A safety cable.
The Minuteman Explosion-Proof/Dust Ignition-Proof Vacuum requires the accessory tool kit (Part# 490007) for operation.
