Napoleon electric fireplace heaters feature advanced flame technology. Modeled after a true burning fire, this function reflects a superior flame image. The flame appearance has seven different effects you can adjust with the touch of a button. Just press the up or down button surrounding the flame icon on the remote control to increase or decrease the flame height and intensity. In addition, this option modifies the ember bed brightness. Plus, your electric fireplace comes with six extra light bulbs, two to illuminate the ember bed and four for flame generation. The paint or finish used on the mantel must be heat resistant to prevent discoloration. The fireplace vents and air openings must remain uncovered.
