Once we got the item which came really quick to us. We pulled it out the box and have reading the easy instructions. We filled the tank up with water and the simple pump start allowed us to cool our warehouse . The caster wheels make all the difference in the world to be able to move from one side of the warehouse to the next. The only thing different I would change is I should have bought two fans instead of one. Great Item
