First of all, I'd like to say that the purifier was packaged beautifully. In the box was a "quick start" guide which made it very easy to get started. It was just a matter of removing the filters and taking the plastic bagging out and replacing the filters. All you need to do is turn this unit on.

It has a mind of it's own. It will adjust to whatever is going on in the house. If all is still and the dog and cats are not running around with the kids, the unit runs very low because dust and dander is not being tossed around. Once the activity level in the home picks up, so does this Rabbit.

I was also amazed how smart this unit is. I was making chicken cacciatore. I like to brown the chicken before adding the vegetables. When I was frying the chicken the unit kicked on high. It sensed that there was grease and food smell in the home. Absolutely amazing!! This rabbit comes with a cute little remote control. Actually, you need the remote control to adjust any settings on the purifier. The only control that is on the unit itself is the on/off button. This is not much of a problem because this unit is so smart, you rarely have to adjust anything because it does it on it's own as needed.

I think that when I am cleaning the house, dusting, vacuuming, etc. I will kick it up to turbo mode. The good thing about turbo, is that it will revert back to auto setting on it's own. I'd also like to mention that this unit is very nice looking. I don't feel the need to hide it in an inconspicuous spot. I have it smack in the middle of my living room. It is definitely not an eye sore. My son has been suffering from some sort of allergies that affect his breathing. I am hoping that this air purifier helps him. I've only had the unit one day, so I guess time will tell.

The unit has nice lines, for an appliance, and although the metallic blue looks more green to me, it's unobtrusive and easy on the eyes.

The display indicating the level of particles and odor detected is informative and kind of fun, but because I don't have a way to measure the air quality independently of the indicators, I don't know how well it really works. Subjectively, the air in the room feels fresher and cleaner; those of us in the house who have allergies are maybe doing better, but there are so many variables in any day that it's hard to say for sure.

It's unfortunate that some of the settings can only be controlled by using the remote, although there's a slot on the unit for storing the remote, so we probably won't lose it. The battery that comes with the remote is a starter battery, good for turning on the unit once or twice, in our case, so be prepared with the correct battery replacement if you can.

This product picks up odors and dust in the air quickly and removes it without causing side effects. We are extremely happy with our purchase and have recommended it to others. The product has been put to the test with company around. It worked wonderfully well.

This a very good purifier. It is quiet that I forget that it is even on. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it didn't completely remove all the dust but it does greatly reduce it. Its really good on some odors but not so great with others. Overall this is a good product.

We love this product! As a family with both pets and allergies, we always have air cleaners. We have tried several different models over the years, and after much online research, decided to try this one. First of all, it is sleek and modern-looking. It is powerful, but lightweight and easy to move. There is a remote with several different modes, including a totally silent nighttime mode. However, even at highest speed, the cleaner makes only as much noise as our ceiling fan (i.e. very little).

We especially love the digital sensors on the display that show you the level of contamination of the air, both for chemicals/odors and particulates. It is fun to watch the levels change from bad to good once the cleaner has been running for a short while. You can clearly see the change the cleaner is making in the air quality by checking the sensors. When the HVAC kicks on, the particulate sensor moves from green (good) to yellow (mediocre), and then after running for a few more minutes, it goes back to green.

The cleaner is currently in a large master bedroom with cathedral ceilings, but is able to keep the air clean with no problem. We are so happy with this product that we plan to purchase another one.

We researched several air purifiers online before deciding on Rabbit Air. The Rabbit had everything we were looking for in a high quality air purifier. The quietness, brushless motor, 5 year warranty & effective for people suffering from allergies were very important to us.
We like the three filtration system, the ability to clean the pre filter & charcoal filter and the long life expected from the HEPA filter (1.5 to 3 years) were a big plus for us. Also the low power consumption (7 to 33 watts) was a feature we were looking for, we are trying to be as green as possible. My wife suffers from seasonal allergies and we were looking for a system that would provide her relief. This unit cleans the air and is so quite we do not even notice it running. The price was reasonable when we considered the features and compared it to other units.
On the auto feature the unit analyzes the air quality in your home and runs the unit at the proper level based on the air quality. You have the convenience of the unit advising you when it is time to clean and/or replace the filters, great feature. Also have a remote that allows you to control the unit from anyplace in the room.
This product is simple, quiet and easy to setup/use, works very well.. This is the second air purifier we have purchased from Sylvane and have received excellent service from them. We highly recommend the Rabbit Air purifier & Sylvane.

As an aviculturist who breeds a rare specie of small parrot, I know the importance of good health for their survival. Indoor air quality in my aviaries is top concern. I reviewed several brands of air purifiers and the Rabbit Air BioGS came up on the top of the list each time. If this unit can protect my birds delicate air sacks, imagine what it could do for humans!

I came to this site and ordering was fast and easy with free shipping. I received my unit in a couple days. It was packaged so well. I was extremely impressed with the appearance and design of this unit. Big enough to get the job done but small enough to fit in my aviary without taking up any valuable space. It's light weight and easy to move anywhere.
I found this unit operates so quietly and I love to watch the controls as it goes through it's functions, and it has a picture of a bird on the panel.

One of the main attractions to the Rabbit Air BioGS is the cost to operate it. You can wash some of the filters, and the replacement cost is very reasonable. These costs offset the initial price of the unit. Some brands cost a fortune to replace the HEPA filter alone.
I highly recommend the Rabbit Air purifier. There is nothing negative to say about this unit. I intend to buy another one from Sylvane for my other aviary and eventually one for my bedroom.
