The only 2 negatives is the short power cord, but we just bought an extension cord, so, no big deal, really.
However, the main handle is splitting already, and after only 2 uses. They have screws to keep the two halves together, but, it could have had a bit more thought to the design, and apparent flaw. I read the reviews, and knew this beforehand, but still a good machine overall.

My wife & I reviewed all of the steam cleaners we could find on the internet and chose the Reliable Enviromate E5 Steam Cleaner. While the cost was more than the basic model, we wanted to be able to add water without waiting for a cool-down period. The unit arrived in fine shape and was easy to start up with the good directions.

We began using it on the upholstered furniture that we had stored in the garage while our floors were being tiled. The result was amazing. In a short time we had "new" looking chairs. We then tackles the carpeted cat toys and again saw dramatic results. The steam was very easy to control with the handle mounted adjustment and there are a number of various heads to choose from for any given job. Next we took the steamer to the kitchen to see what it could do on the tile grout of the countertop. To our pleasant surprise the steam melted the grease and cleaned the tile grout very well. The kitchen sink and drain were next and again the steam liquefied any scum and it was easily rinsed away, leaving a sparkling result.

We have used it carefully on the painted walls where the house pets have rubbed off their dirt and again, the steam liquefies the dirt and it is easily wiped away, leaving a new appearance. The unit was easy to replenish the water when needed and it stores very easily along with the accessories. We would highly recommend this steam cleaner.
