This steam cleaner quit working after five months - it was only used two times per month. Hence after ten times the machine quit working. I contacted the retailer, Sylvane, who said Sylvane's thirty day warranty had expired, and I needed to contact the manufacturer, Reliable. It should be noted that I received the cleaner from Sylvane two weeks after I purchased it online. This meant that warranty from Sylvane was only good for basically two weeks. After paying almost $90.00 dollars to send the cleaner back to Reliable in Canada for repair, Reliable sent it back to me three weeks later with the same problem occurring. In other words the cleaner was not fixed. When I complained, a Reliable manager responded with a series of instructions to address the problem, but the instructions still did NOT correct the problem. This machine has design and quality issues, poor documentation and poor customer support. I paid over $1,000 dollars for this cleaner, and it currently is NOT working. I do not recommend the Reliable Enviromate VIVA E40 Steam
Cleaner, Reliable as a company nor Sylvane as an online retailer. Having paid over $1,000 dollars for this steam cleaner, I am one dissatisfied customer.

I am enjoying my new steam cleaner. It is great for the bathroom and tile floors. Took the smell out of my teen's bathroom. The cord is short but I just use an extension cord with it. It could come with more scrub brushes. All in all I would def buy again.
