With 12,000 BTUs of power, this unit is one of the most powerful portable air conditioners available from Royal Sovereign.  While quickly cooling a room up to 400 square feet, this unit can also remove up to 143 pints of condensation from the air per day.  Self-evaporating technology reduces or eliminates the need to empty a water tank.

Also included in this sleek unit are many useful features.  A 24-hour timer is an energy-wise way to control when, and for how long, the AC is running.  The system also includes a three speed fan with oscillating and adjustable louvers for the ultimate in customized comfort.
