Sylvane has the best prices and service for Santa Fe filters.

Before I ordered filters from Sylvane I checked around but Sylvane has the best deal, period.

I ordered the complete filter set including the pre-filter because my Santa Fe is in my crawl space and having a "clean" pre-filter would allow me to make one trip into the crawl space for a filter set change.

There are other 12" filters out there at the local hardware stores but none have the MERV-11 spec. That means if you use a non spec filter you run the risk of damaging the Santa Fe with dirt buildup on the internal components.

You really don't want to run that risk with an expensive dehumidifier like the Santa Fe... at least I don't.

The other nice thing about Sylvane is that they offer other filter accessory options. If you don't need/want the prefilter, you can just order the Merv-11 filters.

My Santa Fe is working like a charm in my 2500 sq ft crawl space and now I have the filter set to do routine maintenance.
