Energy Efficient

The Santa Fe units are consistently ranked as one of the most energy-efficient dehumidifiers in the marketplace. As such, you will not only be investing in a reliable and effective unit, but you will also be saving in long-term operating costs.

Standalone or Ducted

All of these units can be used in standalone applications. Simply plug the units in and run their drain lines to an appropriate location.

Additionally, all the units-- except the Santa Fe RX model-- can also be used in ducted or more complex installations. Available duct kits come with the necessary metal collars to easily attach ductwork to the units for the dehumidification of remote rooms. Ducting enables the units to be hidden away in utility closets, attics, or separate rooms while ensuring that multiple rooms and hard-to-reach spaces are dehumidified.

Gravity Drain or Pump

The basement and crawl space units can be setup to have water drain out via gravity to a designated area. Alternatively, these units can also be configured with an external condensate pump to provide pump-driven removal of water. The RX unit comes with a built-in condensate pump.

Monitoring and Managing Humidity Levels

These units all ship with a built-in analog humidistat that allows customers to set their desired humidity level. This humidistat ranges from low-to-high on a continuous scale and should be used in conjunction with a digital hygrometer for the most accurate control of humidity. A free hygrometer mail-in rebate is included with all of our Santa Fe units. Customers should typically target a relative humidity of just below 50% for the ideal balance between humidity control and energy-efficiency.
