The Sharp CV-P13PX Portable Air Conditioner is perfect for cooling any room in your home quietly and comfortably. This 13,000-BTU unit cools spaces as large as 610 sq. ft. and features 4 operating modes for convenient flexibility during use. The portable AC unit is also equipped with Sharp's Plasmacluster Ion Technology to help rid your air of impurities and keep it fresh during cooling.

Four Operating Modes To Choose From

The Sharp CV-P13PX portable air conditioner allows you to customize operation to best suit your room's conditions. The unit is equipped with 4 operating modes – cooling, dehumidification, fan-only, and ventilation-only. In cooling mode, the unit works to cool a room quickly and evenly. In dehumidifier mode, the CV-P13PX dehumidifies a room, removing approximately 72 pints of moisture per 24 hour period. In fan-only mode, the portable AC circulates the air without cooling it, and in ventilation mode, the unit vents air to the outdoors.

Customized Fan Speeds

This Sharp portable air conditioner features multiple fan speeds to help you customize operation. In cooling mode, the unit cools the air using your choice of 3 cooling speeds, in addition to a "Mega Cool" speed and an "Auto Cool" setting. When running on "Mega Cool," the CV-P13PX operates at an extra high speed using a set temperature of 59 degrees F. This helps to decrease your room's temperature faster. Once it has been operating on this speed for 30 minutes, the unit will automatically return to the "High" speed to save energy while maintaining room temperature. When running on "Auto Cool," the CV-P13PX automatically selects the best fan speed for your room's conditions.

Uses Plasmacluster Air-Cleaning Technology

This unit employs Sharp's specialized Plasmacluster Ion Technology to keep your air fresher and cleaner throughout operation. When activated, the Plasmacluster system releases positive and negative ions using an ion generator. These ions eventually balance each other out within your room – as they do in nature – and work to keep the space feeling fresh and smelling clean. They also work in conjunction with the unit's air filter to remove airborne mold particles, allergens, and other impurities that may be lingering in your air.

"Bucketless" Design

Emptying condensate water from your portable AC is no longer a hassle when you use the Sharp CV-P13PX. The unit features a built-in condensate disposal system that automatically sends collected water outdoors through the exhaust hose. That means no water bucket to empty and no chance of a bucket spill.

• Washable Air Filter – The permanent air filter slides out easily to be washed with a mild detergent. Alternatively, you can vacuum the filter to remove clogged dust and particles.
• Library Quiet Cooling – The unit is as quiet as 43 dB on "Low Cool" speed. This is equivalent to the sounds in a quiet office.
• Eco-friendly Refrigerant – The CV-P13PX uses R-410A refrigerant, which does not contribute to ozone depletion
• Remote Control – This full-functioning remote can control every feature of the portable AC, including switching modes, adjusting fan speeds, and setting the timer. It operates up to 23 ft. away and stores conveniently on a hook located on the back of the unit.
• Casters For Portability – This portable air conditioner is equipped with 4 easy-roll caster wheels to help you move it wherever you need it.
